Artist Statement

I am a wildlife and nature artist using a variety of techniques that best suit a particular piece; they include visible brush strokes, and substrative and indirect processes.

My subject matter includes but is not limited to: herons, humming birds, spoonbills, flamingos, jelly fish, lion fish, sea turtles, sea horses, elephants, lions, horses, stags, and deer.

I particularly enjoy things in motion, representing breakthroughs, moving forward and adventure. They represent life’s journey of seeking freedom and peace.
